What information do we collect? 1a. We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form. 2a. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name or e-mail address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. 3a. Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site. 4a. We also use the Histats website statistics system. This collects your IP Address, Screen resolution and information about your web browser and how you used our site. This information is never shared by us and will only be used so I can see how many users visit the site and how the site is used to better improve your experience. Do we use cookies? 1c. 3c. We also may add LSO which is local shared object's as I add content from places like youtube. I always add the (Enable privacy-enhanced mode) when I embed all videos. Which will protect your anonymity. How we protect your personal information 1g. All data that you enter on this site is encrypted with secure server software (SSL). I take the protection of my members information very serious. And this will NEVER be sold, transferred, duplicated, offered to third parties, abused or taken advantage of.
Access to Information1h. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 (UK) you have the right to access any information that we hold relating to you. I may reserve the right to charge for this information if I deem it is being abused.

All users of our site may make any changes to their information at anytime by logging into the Forum (http://spaceandscience.co.uk/forum/), selecting ‘Profile’ and reviewing the ‘Modify Profile’ section in the left sidebar. 3h. If you wish to remove your profile then you can PM the administrator and I will remove all data that is pertaining to you. This does NOT include posts made by yourself unless I feel its appropriate to remove the posts. Removing the posts of a member would require a lot of work so I will only do this if the forum is abused by said user.
Chatroom 1i. The chatroom is monitored by an AI bot I created called 'Dangerbot' and also now his brother 'Titan'. He logs only your username and hostmark. This is for the sole purpose of recognising and kicking/banning individuals. The bot also logs all chat in the channel which is deleted after 1 month at my discretion. The bot will defend the channel if you do any of the following:
The bot is there to protect my members. 2i. The use of the bots other functions is a service as is. I am not responsible for the responses the bot gives when you request a service, the responsibility is solely with the respective author of the script or the company providing the information. Abuse of the bots services will most likely see you kicked from the channel from said bot.
